TRIALS
| In order to take a team to the Nationals there must be a squad of 14 players. They must trial on the chosen day as teams will be finalised on the date of trial. If there are not 14 players on that date then that team will not be eligible to attend the Nationals. NO players will be “chased to play”. At this stage the Mixed Opens team who were chosen at the state Cup do not need to attend trials. All other teams are required to trial for a position | |

ACCOM:
| Coffs Harbour – exact venue to be confirmed Accommodation will be arranged for Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. (We are still negotiating if Thursday night will be required) | |
MINI BUS:
| Transport to Accommodation and fields from Brisbane Airport via Tarago’s will be arranged. Tarago’s will leave the airport when the majority of the players arrive OR you can make your own way there. (Please let Steph know). Coffs Harbour is a 5.5hr drive south of Brisbane | |
FLIGHTS:
| All players must arrange their own flights/Transport. Proof of booking (copy of itinerary please) must be supplied to Steph by 10th September 2010 | |
COST:
| $ 50 deposit to be paid at the trial when team will be announced (non refundable) $100 by 29th August 2010 $100 by 3rd September $150 by 17th September 2010 $400 Total This is an approx cost at this time until more details are finalised. Girls wearing tights will have an additional $10.00 to pay on total Please note that due to deposits and payments for accommodation etc, all payments are non-refundable if you pull out of the trip. | |

ELIGIBILITY:
| Must have registration card with you at the fields to compete, All players MUST BE 100% FINANCIAL WITH OZTAG IE NO FEES OUTSTANDING IN LOCAL COMPS, PAST DEBTS FROM REP TOURNAMENTS MUST HAVE BEEN PAID please see steph if you are unsure if you are Oztag financial. Over 30’s teams are required to have proof of age at the fields (ie licence). | |
PLAYING GEAR:
| NQ Oztag will provide a sublimated Playing Shirt and Shorts/tights. Shirt Sizes are to be given to Steph as soon as possible please. | |

Payments
| Please note that payments are to be made to Steph on the dates mentioned above. These dates are the minimum requirements – we are willing to accept regular payments of smaller amounts providing the deadlines are met. Please see Steph if you have ANY questions regarding payments &/or dates. | |
ALL players will be required to pay a room bond or provide current credit card details to have their accommodation arranged due to damage that was caused to property at the State Cup. Townsville Oztag will NOT meet any costs for damage. If any damage is caused, those registered in that room at time of check in, or listed in the vehicle provided, will be held responsible and pay applicable costs. At the time of trial those who are selected for a team will be asked to sign a document with these conditions to ensure all our players are aware of what is expected of them | ||
